John was called to the Queensland Bar in 2006. In 2007 he was admitted to the Register of the High Court of Australia. In 2009 John was admitted as an Attorney and Counsellor at Law to the New York State Bar and he was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. For two decades John has been in practice at the Queensland Bar.
